Only what you type into a form on this website — your name, phone number, an optional email address, who the care is for, where your loved one is staying, and anything you choose to write in the message box. The site also records anonymous traffic statistics, such as which pages are viewed and roughly which region visitors come from. Personal Touch Home Care does not sell, rent, or trade any of it.
This website has three forms: a care request, a free assessment request, and a caregiver job application. They collect only the fields you can see on the page. The job application asks for contact details and work history — it deliberately does not ask for a Social Security number or a driver's license number. Those appear only on the printed application you fill out in person.
This website is not a secure medical portal, and Personal Touch Home Care provides non-medical in-home care. Tell us enough to understand the situation, but please do not upload or type detailed medical records, diagnoses, or insurance identification numbers into a web form. Bring those to the conversation instead — by phone, or in person at the free assessment.
This website is built and maintained for Personal Touch Home Care by AMO Scaling. Messages sent through the forms are delivered to AMO Scaling and passed on to Personal Touch Home Care so that someone can follow up with you. AMO Scaling does not use your information for its own marketing and does not share it with anyone else.
Two analytics tools are used on this site, both to understand which pages are useful and how people find us — never to build a profile of you as an individual.
Cloudflare Web Analytics counts page views and referring sites. It sets no cookies and does not track you across other websites.
Google Analytics records how the site is used — pages viewed, how visitors arrived, and whether a form was submitted. It does set cookies in your browser to recognise a returning visit. It records that a form was sent; it is not used to send Google the answers you typed. You can opt out of Google Analytics on every website you visit by installing Google’s browser opt-out add-on, or by blocking cookies in your browser settings. The site works normally either way.
It is never sold, rented, or traded. It is not given to advertising networks or data brokers. It is not used to send you marketing you did not ask for. Contacting Personal Touch Home Care through this website does not sign you up for anything.
You can ask what has been kept about you, ask for it to be deleted, or ask to stop being contacted. Call or text (575) 639-3341 or email care@personaltouchhomecarellc.com and say so — no particular form of words is required.
If this policy changes, the date at the top of the page changes with it. There is no archive of past versions; the version you are reading is the one in force.
